This project explores the design of stacked residential units on Rue Olivier Métra, aiming to provide affordable housing within a dense urban fabric. The proposal serves as an experimental exercise in structural technology, challenging conventional construction methods to optimise space, cost, and efficiency.

The design balances modularity and adaptability, integrating prefabricated elements to streamline construction while maintaining architectural quality. Open-air circulation, shared terraces, and strategic positioning of living spaces enhance both privacy and community interaction. Structural innovation plays a central role, pushing technical boundaries to create a resilient, cost-effective housing solution that responds to the evolving needs of urban dwellers.
